The machine studies the behavior of curved elastic beams, beam deflections in both horizontal and vertical axis are measured, and then theoretical results can be compared with experimental ones. The machine beams are quarter circle, semi-circle and full circle one end of each is cantilever and the other end is loaded by weights and hangers. To measure the deflection of quarter circle and semi-circle beams two Dial Gauges and for full circle beams, three Dial Gauges are used. Robust and rigid chassis ensures easy installation of the specimen.
