Artificial Grass

To test the quality of raw materials and final products in artificial grass, various testing machines are used, including tensile testing machine, MFI tester, and hardness tester, to evaluate the quality of cord and adhesion according to ISIRI 2124-1, as well as ISIRI 22250-1 with FIFA lab tests

Determination of tuft withdrawal force (applicable to artificial grass yarn) according to ISO 4919, 2124-1, ISIRI 22250-1

Determination of joint strength of artificial grass (artificial grass sub-layers) in accordance with ISIRI 2124-1, ISIRI 22250-1, DIN EN 12228

Artificial grass yarn tensile test (single yarn or yarns) according to ISIRI 22250-1

Determination of sliding force according to ISIRI 21124-2

Tensile testing of fabrics; determining the strength of elastic /absorbent layer according to ISIRI 1-21124, ISIRI 22250-1, ISO 13934-1

Strain-hardening (Pipes)

To assess the quality of PE pipes and enhance their durability and resistance to rupture and bursting caused by cracks and scratches, a specialized test is defined under specified temperature conditions. This test accurately measures hardness, strain and modules. To achieve this, a testing machine has been designed to evaluate PE films at controlled temperatures, assessing strain hardening according to ISO 18488. The specifications are as follows:

Wide span and long stroke

Equipped with a furnace that maintains a uniform and controlled temperature

Equipped with non-contact extensometer

Includes proper grips

Hot Press

Hot presses are used to prepare polymer sheets, as well as plastic and rubber samples for tensile, impact, and bending tests required in the plastics and rubber industries. Theses presses are available in various models and capacities.

Press and Die

To prepare polymer samples for tensile test, a sample preparation press and die are required. Presses are available in three models: manual, hydraulic, and pneumatic, which are used to prepare the specimen according to standards. To prepare test pieces, a variety of dies are needed manufactured with high accuracy according to corresponding standards using CNC and wire-cut machines.
