JAF series are intended for experimental study of the performance and actual lifetime of a structure (or a machine) against applied alternating forces so that to determine their conformity with design and calculations. These actuators are defined to apply dynamic loads up to 100 Hz with various amplitude controls of constant force, and displacement according to alternating waveforms such as sinusoidal, rectangular, triangular, saw-toothed, and desired patterns. State-of-the-art electronic hardware, high data acquisition and fast response, best sensors and transducers, accurate servo valves, individual real time system controllers, powerful software with optimized control algorithm and data processing for every control  mode, as well as hydraulic/mechanical system design for long-term tests, enable JAF actuators to provide the most real and diverse conditions to test the service life and durability of structures and different simulating equipment practically. The operating mechanism and function of this type of machines is hydraulic servo valve using hardware system with high frequency DSP technology. Frequency response, sampling rate and system control speed is so high in this unit that each 200 micro seconds, it gets feedbacks from all measuring instruments and controls system via closed loop regarding the PID. Moreover, JAF-2000 is able to carry out dynamic tests as well as static loading. The unit has special and advanced software (Ethernet connection with hardware via LAN port) with the capability of applying periodic loads with certain amplitude and frequency, different waveforms, noise exertion, offset, number of applied cycles and determining restoring cycles, the ability to change all test parameters online while testing and report all required outputs. JAF-2000 has a water intercooler (cooling system) with new plate heat exchanger and high efficiency for oil heat dissipation.
