Manufacturing and Assembly Unit
Rebar Bend and Rebend Testing Machine
Timing Belt Tensile Testing Machine
Load Cell Calibration Machines
Universal Testing Machine (UTM)
Designed for tensile testing of reinforcing bars (rebar) and steel rods, bolts and nuts, PC strands, wire ropes, and steel sheets, as well as precise compression and bending tests on concrete, ceramics, and refractory materials.
Capabilities:
The machine can perform Tensile, Compression, Cyclic, Step, Bending, Peeling, Tear, Creep, and Relaxation tests, fully compliant with international standards ASTM, DIN, EN, ISO, and JIS
Fatigue Testing Machine
Designed for dynamic tensile and compression testing, high-cycle fatigue testing, performance testing, static tensile and compression tests, and control testing. Capable of performing fatigue tests on various materials with multiple wheels, as well as crack resistance, crack initiation, and crack propagation tests. Suitable for spring fatigue tests, damper testing, and dynamic hardness tests on rubber components.
Operating Mechanism:
The machine operates using a servo-hydraulic system equipped with a MOOG servo hydraulic valve from the USA, ensuring precise control and high-performance testing
Polyethylene Film Tensile Testing Machine
Designed for tensile testing of polyethylene films at elevated temperatures above 80 °C, with non-contact extensometer measurements to evaluate the elastic modulus, strain hardening, and crack growth (SCG).
The machine is designed according to ISO 18488:
Test Method for Strain Hardening in Relation to Slow Crack Growth (SCG) of Pipes – Determination of Strain Hardening Modulus.
Hot Creep Test
Designed for high-temperature creep testing under both force-controlled and rate-controlled modes, using two methods: Stress Rupture (constant load) and Stress Constant (constant stress). The system enables the application of various load levels with high accuracy, supports the installation of an extensometer directly on the test specimen, and allows testing at temperatures of up to 1000 °C.
In addition, the machine is suitable for high-temperature tensile testing.
Non-Contact Extensometers
Santam is the first company in the mechanical materials testing industry to successfully innovate and develop electromechanical non-contact extensometers, leveraging advanced technology and high-level technical expertise. These extensometers overcome the common limitations of conventional video and laser extensometers and offer distinct technical advantages compared to such systems.
Hardness Tester
The SUH-200B Universal Hardness Testing Machine is designed for determining the hardness of metallic materials and other materials with high stiffness and relatively high strength. The machine features a highly rigid frame and an extremely robust anvil, ensuring excellent stability and accuracy during testing.
Railway Wheel Fatigue Testing Machine
Designed for railway wheel fatigue testing, enabling the application of both tensile and compressive stresses on the wheel axle. The system allows for the evaluation of crack initiation and crack propagation using CT (Compact Tension) specimens, in full compliance with EN 13262 and ASTM E399 standards.
Free Fall Impact Test
Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine – Specifications
Testing Capabilities:
Controlled release of the impact mass using the free-fall drop method.
Design Standard:
Designed in accordance with ASTM D7136 / D7136M-15.
Application:
Suitable for impact testing of composite laminates and composite sheets.
Low-Temperature Steel Tensile Testing Machine
Applications:
Designed for tensile testing of steel at –175 °C, suitable for extreme low-temperature material evaluation.
