The machine is equipped with a hydraulic operating mechanism that ensures low-noise performance, smooth loading, and easy operation. The bending angle is defined as a function of rebar diameter and the applicable standard requirements.

The fixed supports are positioned using a belt-type feed system, eliminating the need for manual clamping. Positioning is carried out by rotating a handwheel along a calibrated ruler, ensuring fast and accurate adjustment.

All fixed supports and the plunger (moving support) are hardened to 50–55 HRC and are corrosion-resistant, providing long service life and dimensional stability.

The system is supplied with a complete set of standard-compliant fixtures, dies, and adapters, designed according to the latest revisions of international and national standards.

For enhanced safety, the machine is equipped with an automatic cut-off system that immediately stops operation when the specimen contacts sensitive machine area, preventing damage to the machine and ensuring operator protection.
