SGB-200B functions with very low noise due to its hydraulic system. Bending angle is proportional to the selection of diameter, width of the test piece and the pertinent standard. A belt drive system adjusts the distance of the fixed support symmetrically and equally by turning the pertinent hand wheel proportional to the ruler while no tightening is required. Fixed and plunger supports (moving supports) are resistant to abrasion with HRC 50-55. The machine has accessories and adaptors with various sizes, designed for bending proportional to the specimen size, and based on the latest version of standards as follows:

•Testing types of ribbed rebar 300, 400

Design as per ISO and national standard ISIRI, version 2013. Accessories consist of adaptor for sizes 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 28mm

•Test on hot rolled steel sheet (beam, angle bar, etc.):

Accessories consist of 17 adaptors for testing sheets ranging from 6mm to 15mm, as per ISIRI 1791, 1792, EN10025; equipped with rollers for fixed supports, diameters 50mm and 100mm

•Bend test in welds

Equipped with 11 adaptors for testing sheets 5mm-15mm. design as per ASTM E190 (without the end conditions), as well as a pair of rollers for the fixed support, 38mm

•Bend test in CNG tanks (guided bend test)

As per ISO 9809 standard for testing CNG tanks, can be mounted on the machine, equipped with 14 adaptors for sheet bend test

•Bend test in seamless and welded pipes

Adaptors required for testing pipes in 4 sizes, correspond to the pipe thickness; design as per ASTM A370 ISIRI 3360, 3574 standard (without end conditions); equipped with rollers for fixed support

•Weld test, capacity 150kN

Design as per D1.1 AWS with end clamp, complete with die and punch as per the pertinent standard

•Bend test in welds

Equipped with 17 adaptors for testing sheets and welds from 5mm to 22mm; design as per AWWA C200 and API 5L (without end conditions); a pair of rollers for the fixed support

•Bend test in hot dip galvanized carbon steel sheet

Adaptors for testing sheets from 0.2mm to 5mm, thickness as per ISO 4998, ISIRI; equipped with a pair of rollers for fixed support.

•Adaptor for testing welded sheets

Design as per ISIRI 473; for more safety the machine is equipped with auto stop system for restricting the plunger stroke to stop the machine in case of touching the micro switch during the test or plunger movement
