SAFE shaking table is intended to simulate earthquakes. Different structures can be installed on this table. A servo hydraulic actuator displaces the table in two directions; based on the applied acceleration, the displacement and strength of different parts of the structure are studied. Various dynamic displacements with sinusoidal, rectangular, triangular, saw-tooth and random waveforms assuming the pertinent pattern can be defined (up to 100Hz). Other advantages:

All the above items enable SAFE series perform the most diverse and actual conditions for testing the shaking table and simulating different conditions.The machine operating mechanism of this type of machines is hydraulic servo valve with high frequency DSP hardware. The frequency response, sampling rate as well as system control in this unit is so high that in every 200 microsecond it receives feedback from the measuring instruments and controls the system by closed loop PID controller. There is a special and advanced software in the machine (Intranet connection via LAN port with the machine hardware) capable of applying periodic displacements with certain amplitude, frequency and different waveforms, offsetting, applying noise, indicating number of applied cycles, determining the restored cycles as well as changing all test parameters online during the test and reports required outputs. The cooling system is water cooled with new plate heat exchanger and high efficiency to reduce oil temperature.
