STM-M1 can carry out controlled compression tests with hardware and software capabilities of tensile test. Based on measuring the compression force and indentation, Brinell hardness testing can be measured. It has servo mechanical operating mechanism with advanced control and specialized software (with different control methods); load cell measures the load precisely. Measurement precision is better than 0.5%, displacement is measured by the extensometer attached to the indenter tip. The machine can be installed on the work piece and measure the hardness and indentation. In addition to compression tests, STM-M1 can carry out other tests such as different control tests as well as cyclic and creep tests and force-displacement graph can be drawn online. One can analyze any point on the graph with no limitations. The following graphs can be drawn as well:
