The bending angle is defined as a function of rebar diameter and the applicable standard requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The fixed supports are positioned using a belt-type feed system, eliminating the need for manual clamping. Positioning is carried out by rotating a handwheel along a calibrated ruler, ensuring fast and accurate adjustment.<\/p>\n<p>All fixed supports and the plunger (moving support) are hardened to 50\u201355 HRC and are corrosion-resistant, providing long service life and dimensional stability.<\/p>\n<p>The system is supplied with a complete set of standard-compliant fixtures, dies, and adapters, designed according to the latest revisions of international and national standards.<\/p>\n<p>Test capabilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ribbed Rebar Bending Test (Grades 340 and 400):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Designed in compliance with ISO and Iranian national standard ISIRI 3132 (2013).
