The machine is an experimental infrasonic tunnel designed to study the pressure distribution on wing and body cross sections, calculating DRAG, LIFT forces as well as aerodynamic momentum. Cross section dimension, 40cm x 40cm, total length 5 m designed rectangular with walls made of Plexiglas. Tunnel is open top with suction from bottom side of flow, including motor power 7.5 KW with accurate RPM control. Angle of attack can change by the pertaining mechanism. There are 20 individual monometers in order to read pressure flawless and accurately and find pressure experiential distribution on airfoil surfaces (as a sample). Moreover, a Pitot tube is intended to measure record pressure, dynamic pressure and air velocity of specimen, which play an important role in flight mechanics calculations. DRAG, LIFT forces and aerodynamic momentum are displayed on PC. LIFT-attack angle, DRAG- attack angle, aerodynamic momentum- attack angle can be observed on the software. The maximum air velocity in the test section is 30 m\/sec, which can change by means of fan speed control, and the air inlet is equipped with rust resistant fine mesh screen to reduce the turbulence of the inlet air to the test section.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
